Skip is a graduate of Pensacola Jr. College with an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. He continued his education at the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Degree. He completed Real Estate training at Fortune Academy and received his Realtor license in 2006. Skip is a member of National, State, and local Association of Realtors and is a member of Spartanburg and Greenville MLS. Skip has thirteen (13) years in Real Estate.
Skip moved from Florida and has lived in the Greenville-Spartanburg area for over forty (45) years. His extensive knowledge of the Upstate area as well as the entire State of South Carolina is an advantage for anyone he assists. Skip has been a Licensed Pilot since 1985 and is now a Licensed Drone Pilot. Skip has extensive knowledge of the Lakes and water ways in the Upstate and South Carolina. Skip has worked in Law Enforcement for over thirty (30) years, dealing with the public in every facet possible. Through his work experience, he has become a communicator and negotiator, which makes him an excellent professional in the Real Estate field. His communication skills put him at the Top of the game.

Skip and his family live on Lake Blalock. Skip and his wife Judy along with their family attend First Baptist North Spartanburg. Skip has a strong faith and is confident that his prayers and relationship with God will always assist him with all the decisions he makes.
