Freda has been a licensed South Carolina Realtor since October 1997. She has been a New Home Specialist since September 2000. She has extensive knowledge of the new home buying process from contract to construction to closing. She keeps her buyers up to date throughout construction including pictures from grading to final walk through of the completed new home.

Personal & Community
Freda is a native of Greenville and has lived in The Upstate ,ost of her life. She spent 4 1/2 years in San Francisco Bay area and 4 years in Beaufort area of South Carolina before coming back to her roots in The Upstate. She has been a dancer all of her life and has competed successfully in local shag and line dance competitions. She helped found the Carolina Shag Club in Greenville. She loves college football especially the Clemson Tigers.
